great improvement, few details to be solved
Pros: addition of graphs to audio is an important improvement
Cons: intro unneccessary graphs are too small, would prefer more detailed figs technical imperfections: audio and figs do not match if fast forward is used double cliccing on topic in right menu should start audio from that part onward

Review
Pros: Excellent use of computer based learning.
Cons: No need to read the table of contents. Would like to see more visuals to accompany the audio. Some reviews had only the title page. Perhaps only the lead author could be mentioned to rather than all authors.

Multimedia medicine
Pros: Audiovisual technology captures the attention of the audience.
Cons: There needs to be improvement in the synchronization of the audio and slideshow. The loading prompt is somewhat annoying.
Other thoughts: What about a download friendly version?

NEJM Overview 3/6/08
Pros: High-level overview. Preview led to interest to read certain articles in their entirety. Very weel done and narrated.
Cons: Some adult learners I have provided this methodology complain that it is not dynamic enough.
Other thoughts: Keep providing these. Idea: Provide a series on certain illnesses (i.e. MS, CHF, ACS, Orthopaedic Surgey)
