Portable Format
Pros: If expanded, could offer entirely electronic version of NEJM.
Cons: As above, would like to see less summarizing, as in the Clinical Practice article podcast. There's a great opportunity to take advantage of the digital format by highlighting important ideas, pictures, and data in the presentations that the paper NEJM can't offer.
Other thoughts: This cries out for a portable format. A video format for video capable Ipods, PDA's, and cellphones would be a great product.
