Excellent but can be improved to outstanding
Pros: Excellent source of learning especially for med students and residents...
Cons: -Large size of Video files : should be reduced to around 10-20Mb per file...this may be done by providing the files in mp4 format that'll drastically reduce the file size while retaining the quality...i am sure there must be other ways of doing it.. -While downloading if internet connection is lost and resumed, the video starts download from beginning instead of where it left...this is not good for those with slow connections/dial-ups

Med Educ for the 21st Century
Pros: Smooth sound and video even in the UK, great accessibility from any computer, a well thought out presentation bringing together many information sources. Keep it up!

Nasogastric tibe placement
Pros: Very good,excellent tool for lerning.
Cons: Audio breaks some times.
Other thoughts: It would be useful if more and more procedures are included

Pros: video and audio were crystal clear late 5/21/07. Indications/contraindications &complications well spelled out
Cons: Video could always be larger

Nasogastric Intubation
Pros: Clearly presented common pitfalls of this procedure and how to avoid them.
Cons: There were numerous audio dropouts over a DSL line and video froze. Each time several words were lost when video resumed.
